A Will is a legal document that states your wishes regarding the distribution of your property, assets and belongings, and could extend to the care of any minor children.
The testator, a person who makes the Will, must do so of his/her own free will, must be of sound mind, above 18 years of age on the date of making the Will.
She/he may make the Will with respect to her/his movable/immovable property, over which s/he has complete ownership, and which s/he desires to be carried into effect after her/his death.
